Voluntary Water Conservation Requested
May 29, 2026
Wynndel is under Water Advisory Level 1. Residents are asked to voluntarily conserve water, especially 6–8 AM and 5–10 PM. Please limit non-essential use and follow odd/even address watering days. Thank you for helping protect our water supply.
Water Advisory Level 1 – Voluntary Water Conservation Requested
Wynndel is currently under Water Advisory Level 1. To help maintain a sustainable and reliable water supply, residents are asked to voluntarily conserve water, especially during peak usage periods between 6:00–8:00 AM and 5:00–10:00 PM.
Water conservation is essential to maintaining adequate supply levels and reducing strain on our water infrastructure. Residents can help by:
-
Limiting non-essential water use
-
Running dishwashers and laundry machines only with full loads
-
Promptly repairing leaks
-
Reducing outdoor water usage where possible
For outdoor watering, we encourage residents to water lawns and gardens during cooler parts of the day, such as early morning or late evening, to minimize evaporation and improve efficiency.
To further support conservation efforts, please follow this watering schedule:
-
Odd-numbered addresses: Water on odd-numbered dates
-
Even-numbered addresses: Water on even-numbered dates
If voluntary conservation measures are not sufficient, mandatory water restrictions may become necessary.
We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to protecting our community’s water resources for current and future generations.
